Since 1996, Kevin has worked primarily on the Milliman Actuarial Retirement Calculator (MARC) pension administration and communication system.
Kevin is the product manager of the MARC system. He has more than 25 years of programming experience with Microsoft Visual Basic. He was heavily involved in the actuarial aspects of developing the current MARC system. His primary responsibilities include the installation, customization, and ongoing support of MARC, as well as overseeing all MARC projects and coordinating future enhancements to MARC. He is currently responsible for the support of 20 MARC systems and has done the calculation programming for more than 75 MARC clients.
Kevin has worked on 55 different MARC clients that have set up websites for participants. He assisted in the website benefit calculation programming for all 55 of these clients.
Kevin has also contributed to several special projects in which Milliman assisted clients in producing communication materials and/or a website for plan participants when a plan choice, lump sum window, or plan termination was offered to employees. He is currently overseeing the development of Milliman’s Online Total Rewards website (OTTER).
Kevin also oversees the MARC team and assists with project management for all MARC implementations and special projects.
