Since joining Milliman, Bartosz has been involved in the creation of a few research papers related to AI usage in insurance. Additionally, Bartosz is part of the Generative AI DACH working group and is exploring use cases for actuaries. Moreover, he was involved in multiple pricing, reserving and data & analytics-related projects.

Before joining Milliman, Bartosz worked for six years in the Actuarial Department of KPMG Poland and left as a manager. During his work he was responsible mainly for IFRS 4 and Solvency II audits, along with advisory projects in the area of Big Data (motor pricing, AI).
